IT'S ON AGAIN!
Meet your mates at THE LEGENDARY TARALGA RODEO held over the long weekend in January. Just 2 ½ hours from Sydney and 1 ½ hours from Canberra.
Come for the day or stay awhile, there is plenty to do and see. Bring a chair or a rug and sit under the shade of the trees on the family friendly hillside. Enjoy 5 full days of exciting action packed entertainment.
On Friday 20th & Saturday 21st witness the truly iconic Australian sport of Campdrafting
On Friday 26th come and join in the Australia Day festivities and meet the Upper Lachlan Australia Day ambassador and be entertained with Kids Novelties and Cattle & Yard Dog Trials.
On Saturday 27th come and be entertained by the Gymkhana, the Junior Rodeo Championships with Junior & Novice Barrel Racing and Yard Dog Trials. Then start tapping those toes and get your dancing shoes on ready for a Country Music Night.
On Sunday join us for the heart thumping action when the Senior Rodeo kicks off.
A variety of stalls and rides add to the exciting carnival atmosphere.
BBQ Food, drinks and bar services are available all weekend. ALL Camping $10 per night.
NO Glass, Alcohol, Smoking or Dogs permitted in designated areas.
Profits from the Rodeo are donated to a various Taralga community Organisations whose members volunteer their time to assist, thus making the Rodeo the success it is.
The major recipient of the Taralga Rodeo profits is the Sunset Lodge aged care facility of Taralga.

Stall Holders (Booking Form Required through Secretary) - $50 small site & $100 large sites. Camping Fees (No Booking Required) - ALL Camping $10 per night for Australia Day Weekend with muster done at 7am each day. Horse Stable/Stalls (No Booking Required) - Use of stables is at owners own risk and are to be cleaned out after use.
